What I take on

Architecture leadership

Leading solution-architect groups on an area's target architecture — business processes (BPMN), information models, integration and event-driven design, decision governance through ADRs, validated with enterprise architecture.

Technical team leadership

Tech lead for product teams: building teams that run themselves, agile process that fits the team, developer hiring support. UGL-trained, certified Scrum Master.

Modernisation

Decommissioning legacy monoliths into purpose-built systems, moving batch integrations to event-driven flows, and owning the CI/CD path that keeps delivery safe while the ground moves.

Agentic engineering practice

I work with multi-agent AI workflows daily and bring them into architecture practice — spec-driven, ADR-governed delivery. This site is itself the artifact of that workflow.

AI in the business workflow

For organisations putting AI-driven systems to work in their core processes. I model the business process (BPMN), work out where automated decisions belong, design the integration architecture around the AI system, and align the teams that own it. At H&M I aligned four teams across two value streams around an AI-driven sales-quantification system — problems identified across the system and its neighbours, solutions delivered within four months (engagement detail).

AI-assisted engineering for development teams

For teams adopting AI in daily development work. I introduce agentic coding workflows — Claude Code, Model Context Protocol, multi-agent orchestration — together with the working methods that keep agent output reviewable: spec-driven development, decisions governed by architecture decision records, and human review at the boundaries. I work this way daily; this site is produced and maintained by that workflow (tooling).
